    Emily Massey

    Experience of teaching and leading in mainstream schools and special schools nationally and internationally

    Delivery of training needs to mainstream and special needs colleagues on a variety of subjects specific to SEN and behaviour as well as leadership courses for teachers, assistant heads and deputies across mainstream and special school sectors.

    Working with outreach teams to support mainstream colleagues working with children with autism and challenging behaviour

    Successfully opening a new school for 120 children with autism

    Supporting Fosse Way Leadership team during three of its outstanding Ofsted inspections and leading on its most recent outstanding inspection

    Specific interest in curriculum design, autism research and how to support learners with autism and additional needs to make both outstanding academic and social progress.

    Director of Finance

    Jonathan Wilmshurst

    Experienced finance professional with 20+ years' working in a variety of sectors

    Qualified with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants

    Has worked for many well-known organisations such as; the BBC, NHS, TSB as well as charities, B&NES local authority and the local government office

    Has several years' experience within the educational sector, working as part of the finance leadership team for a large MAT

    Director of Education

    Sarah Savage

    Led Maths and Assessment in school as part of the Senior Leadership Team in a church school for five years.

    Six years Deputy Head experience in a large, successful, primary school leading on Teaching and Learning, Assessment, Maths. Experienced NQT mentor.

    Eight years spent with the Local Authority as a Primary Consultant. Experienced at supporting schools in all Ofsted categories to make improvements to practice and outcomes. Senior Primary Consultant with responsibility for leading the Primary Team and Assessment practice (including statutory assessments)

    Detailed knowledge and experience of Maths, Assessment for Learning and Statutory Assessment.

    Wealth of experience of providing high quality training on Maths, Assessment, Data Analysis and Leadership over the last 16 years to teachers, teaching assistants, early, middle and senior leaders, governors and parents.

    Regularly offers demonstration lessons in schools to remain in touch with the realities of teaching.

    Expertise in leadership development and strategic planning

    Experience in developing Church Schools

    Supporting and developing SEND provision for vulnerable pupils and families across a number of schools within a mainstream setting.

    Proven success in supporting learners returning to a mainstream setting, or securing appropriate specialist placements.
